Quartz Creek Rush

Botanical name:Juncus effusus pac. 'Quartz Creek'

This selection of Juncus is widely used in landscapes due to its carefree nature, rigid upright structure and bright green color. This Juncus initially grows very rapidily and then slows to eventually to 36" wide and then clumps. It will reach a height of 24"-36". It reguires fairly regular water in the warmer months to perform well.

Botanical name:Leucophyllum candidum 'Silver Cloud'

Leucophyllum candidum 'Silver Cloud' is an evergreen shrub. It grows to 5' high and wide, with small white leaves and deep, purple flowers. You will see more blooms after rainfall. This shrub has an irregular shape but looks good in mass plantings if you want contrasting foliage and blooms. It is susceptible to Texas root rot so plant in well drained soil.

Blue Lily Turf

Botanical name:Liriope muscari

Grass-like clumps of dark green leaves 1" wide up to 18" long are found on the Liriope muscari. It can reach a height of 12"-15", and dark blue flowers spikes can be seen held above the leaves during the summer. This is an excellent border, accent or ground cover plant that requires part shade exposure.
